Flight Fare Centre operates entirely independently. We are not an airline, we are not an authorized brand representative of any specific airline carrier, and we do not hold ourselves out as an official airline reservations counter.
Airline Rules and Fares Control Your Ticket
When you purchase an airline ticket through our phone assistance service, the reservation is issued subject to the rules, regulations, and Contract of Carriage of the operating airline. All flight schedules, seat inventories, upgrade eligibility, and ticket change/cancellation policies are determined and enforced exclusively by the airlines themselves.
Service Fees
In addition to any airline fares, taxes, or change penalties charged directly by the airline, Flight Fare Centre may charge independent agency service fees for live phone consultation, reservation booking, itinerary adjustment, or cancellation facilitation. All applicable fees are communicated to callers prior to transaction finalization.
No Guarantees on Fares or Upgrades
Airline pricing algorithms and seat inventories change continuously. Flight Fare Centre does not guarantee fare quotes until a ticket is formally issued. We do not guarantee upgrades, refunds, or waivers of airline penalty fees.
